The Parking & Registration Office is located in the central parking garage below the Jesse H. Jones School of Business.
For normal questions regarding registration, call (713) 348-PARK(7275).  Questions regarding parking facilities, contact the office at (713) 348-2020.

Rice Identification Cards and Building Access Control

The Identification & Building Access Control office is located in the lobby of the Police Department and is open during the following hours:  

•     7 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday 
   
•     The IBAC office is closed on weekends and holidays.
